Starting this book was kind of slow. It didn’t hook me right away, but as I read further I definitely got hooked. Once I was hooked I couldn’t put it down. I loved it and will be looking at more from this author.
Legend says if you wear a black wedding dress you’re pining for a lost love. When someone walks out on you they’re gone forever. At least that’s how Honey Hampton sees things. But before she can leave her sister’s graveside service, Honey runs straight into her past, her lost love, Porter Landon. Porter has returned to Flying Hills with his family… and a request. Seeking a respite from her grief, Honey tumbles headlong into the midst of Porter’s family drama. But Honey refuses to lose her heart again to the only person she’s ever been in love with. Porter is as gallant as he is regretful over his actions that caused Honey so much hurt years ago. Will Porter and Honey regain the love they thought was lost to them? Or will the same bitter mistakes destroy them once again?

This book was a wonderful and (to me) intriguing reading. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to reading more books by this author.
Katie Crane goes back to her hometown after leaving sometime ago. When she arrives Ryland McKade and Jed Malloy are basically waiting for her. She left both of them when she left her hometown. Now with the three reunited lessons will be learned, but will Katie end up staying or will she leave again?
Eight years ago, a naive Katie Crane ran from Ry and Jed, warned their brand of love would ruin her life. Now she’s all grown up and returning home with a better understanding of the BDSM lifestyle. After the betrayal she’s faced at her father’s hands, she worries she won’t be strong enough to submit to the men she gave her heart and virginity to at eighteen. Jed Malloy and Ry McCade are surprised and thrilled by Katie’s return to Felton’s Creek. They’d been heartbroken after her departure and had turned to each other, embracing the BDSM lifestyle without her. Katie’s homecoming sparks hope and worry. Ry isn’t sure he can keep his dominant side under control, and Jed fears Katie will see him as less of a man by being a switch and Ry’s submissive. Having Katie back could mean the beginning of everything they’ve ever wanted or the end to the only family they’ve ever known.
